Series 2 of record group 73-73 consists of camping summaries by park, from the Michigan Department of Conservation's Parks and Recreation Division for the years 1958-1963. Contains summaries of camping statistics gathered for each state park in Michigan. Includes such information as number of people camping in park, how long the stay, total number of campers from each state or province, and total number of camping days (later forms include information on "organization" campers and European campers). The record group also includes weekly administrative park reports, regional park statistics, and park ranger's weekly reports (also providing camping statistical information).
